Dennis Weaver did his very best to source out the parts needed to repair the broken tailgate latches on my 2004 GMC Envoy XUV , 132 k miles. . . Right now it has a strap holding it closed My beloved RINTNTN. To be continued . . . .

First service for my recent purchase…I had to pay even though I bought a service agreement. Kinda disappointed with that but Dennis said he would make it right and pay for an additional service after I use all of mine up after 5 years. Couldn’t get my money refunded because my ticket was closed after the service. Sure I could use the $158 I paid but we will have to wait 5 years and see if he actually comes through with his promise. Rather put back by this but I’m willing to wait and see!

It’s a family owned and operated business and it shows. I’m always treated like I’m one of the family, they don’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need, their service department takes care of the issue at a fair price. I’ve personally had them go out of their way to help a customer in need. I trust Sangster Motors and will continue to give them my business.
